Current lifting status.

I am 6' and 170lbs at 15% bodyfat. I am currently bulking at 3500 calories separated with 6 meals a day. My short term goal at the moment is to gain 20lbs so I have a decent amount of mass. Once I achieve that I will cut down to 180lbs~ with 10% bodyfat.

My current goal is to gain strength in my lifts. I will be doing Madcows 5x5 for 4-6months, depending on my results. Hopefully I can achieve my goals.
